We know, we know. You were washing your hair Thursday night (Sept. 27). Otherwise you wouldn’t have missed the Celebration of the Scenemakers party at Chateau Marmont. The event, staged by Vogue and Express to honor Hollywood’s young up and comers, was so packed with pretty that you probably wouldn’t have stood out anyway. Among those making the scene were Byrdie Bell, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Minnie Driver, Nicky Hilton, Kevin and Danielle Jonas, Joe Jonas, Ally Maki, Jackson Rathbone, Nikki Reed and Mark Salling
