Weekly Sweeping

The city of West Hollywood sweeps each side of each street at least weekly. You’ll need to know the schedule for where you live or where you are visiting because leaving your car parked on the street during a scheduled street sweeping period will earn you a $63 fine.

Street Sweeping Holidays

The city doesn’t enforce street sweeping regulations or metered parking ordinances on these holidays:

New Years Day – January 1st

Martin Luther King’s Birthday – 3rd Monday in January

President’s Day – 3rd Monday in February

Memorial Day – Last Monday in May

Independence Day – July 4th

Labor Day – 1st Monday in September

Columbus Day – 2nd Monday in October

Veteran’s Day – November 11th

Thanksgiving Day – 4th Thursday in November

Christmas Day* – December 25th
