YPC Presents “Mommie Dearest” at Hollywood Forever

Labor Day weekend in L.A. is about to get campy and classic, as the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Young Professionals Council (YPC) presents a screening featuring the biggest mother of them all—”Mommie Dearest.“ Taking place at the famed Hollywood Forever Cemetery, the evening will not only feature an outdoor screening of the film, but also a pre-showing reception, live music and more, with proceeds benefitting the services provided by the Los Angeles LGBT Center. VIP ticket holders will receive 6 p.m. early event entrance, complimentary drive-on parking, a private pre-show cocktail reception and their own area of the lawn with provided blankets and pillows—all while enjoying a complimentary bottle of bubbly. General admission doors open at 7 p.m., when guests will enjoy a hosted bar. Tickets, $15 to $250, can be purchased online.
