Jan. 10 Is Deadline to Contribute to WeHo’s Collaborative Poem

The City of West Hollywood’s City Poet Laureate Kim Dower crafted a citywide collaborative poem last year called “I Sing the Body West Hollywood,” consisting of lines submitted by more than 100 West Hollywood residents and visitors.

For 2018, Dower is crafting a companion poem to be titled “West Hollywood is for Dreamers.” West Hollywood residents and visitors are encouraged to submit their lines by Jan. 10 at 1 p.m. Collection forms with specific prompts and a submission box are located in the lobby of City Hall, 8300 Santa Monica Blvd.. Forms must be completed and signed in order to be considered.
