The L.A. County Coroner’s Office today released the name of a 37-year-old woman who authorities in Beverly Hills believe may have taken her own life.
The woman was identified as Lauren Michelle Cohn, of West Hollywood, said investigator Rudy Molano of the coroner’s office.
The death, which was reported about 3:15 p.m. Friday in the 8600 block of Wilshire Boulevard, near Stanley Drive, appeared to have occurred outside,
according to Beverly Hills police. An internet search identified a possible address for her as Larrabee Street. No further information is available at this time.
These are human beings of whom many are suffering daily. Whenever I can, when I am in their space on a street, I nod or say hello. Most say hello in return. What are we afraid of? Yes, some are mentally ill for sure but anything we can do as fellow human beings to nod and acknowledge their existence is a command by God to be a better person.
