$22,000 in Vehicle Burglaries in West Hollywood Last Week

Below is the weekly crime report from the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station that calls out incidents in WeHo from Sept. 25 to Oct. 1. The list includes each case number.

Sept. 25

crime, west hollywood sheriff's stationOther Burglary. 9000 block Beverly Boulevard at 3:06 a.m. An unknown suspect smashed the front glass door to gain entry and damaged two cash registers and a tablet computer. Loss $1,600. #05178

Other Burglary. 300 block North Robertson Boulevard between 5 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. An unknown suspect used force on the front door to gain entry and ransacked an office. Nothing was taken. Loss $3,000 (door). #05208

Robbery (Strong Arm). 8200 block Santa Monica Boulevard at 2:40 p.m. A man grabbed four lottery tickets from the hands of an employee after he was told he could not buy lottery tickets with a debit card. The employee tried to stop the suspect from leaving and was shoved to the ground. Loss $400 (4 tickets). #05188

Sept. 27

Aggravated Assault – Other Weapon (Suspect Arrested). Beverly Boulevard / Robertson Boulevard at 7:21 a.m. A women was walking on Robertson Boulevard when a man hit her on the head with a metal object. The suspect was located and arrested by responding deputies. #05224

Sept. 28

Vehicle Burglary. 8400 block Melrose Avenue between 12:15 and 12:40 a.m. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a laptop computer from the back seat and a Rolex watch from front door storage area. Loss $16,000. #05242

Vehicle Burglary. 8800 block Melrose Avenue between 12:01 and 1:50 a.m. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a backpack containing a cell phone, iPod, and belt from the rear floorboard area. Loss $600. #05244

Vehicle Burglary. 600 block North Doheny Drive between 12:20 and 2 a.m. An unknown suspect smashed the rear window and removed a backpack containing a laptop computer, wallet, cash, headphones, and sunglasses from the back seat. Loss $3,300. #05246

Vehicle Burglary. Melrose Avenue / Almont Drive between 6:30 and 8:25 p.m. An unknown suspect smashed the front passenger’s side window and removed a laptop computer from the front floorboard area. Loss $1,400. #05258

Sept. 29

Grand Theft. 1200 block Ozeta Terrace between 4:48 and 6 p.m. An unknown suspect removed an unsecured mail package from the front patio area. Loss $2,000. #05290

Sept. 30

Residential Burglary. 1100 block North Ogden Drive between 10:30 p.m. and 2 a.m. An unknown suspect removed an electric bicycle, generator, and laptop computer from the garage. No sign of forced entry. Loss $5,000. #05332

Vehicle Burglary 1000 block Harper Avenue between 10:45 p.m. and 12:05 a.m. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side door and searched the vehicle but did not take anything. Loss $500 (window). #05317

this is occurring in country which glorifies crimes and believes the most damaged of victims should suffer for free and be wasted best as they can be
