People gathered at The Chapel last night to create signs for the June 11 Resist March in the first of dozens of events that are part of the City of West Hollywood’s annual One City One Pride.
The Chapel, adjacent to The Abbey on Robertson Boulevard, also was the site of a presentation of a Harvey Milk Day proclamation to Coco LaChine, the noted transgender performer (and manager of the Chi Chi LaRue store) by West Hollywood Mayor John Heilman.

WEHO boy, that’s why Republicans have a majority of people in most all of our state and Federal elected offices these days. People like you who want it all, all at once or the heck with it. I am not at all mad at President Obama or Hillary Clinton. I’m mad at people like you who can’t see the forest for the trees.
Resist safe secure borders and jobs and trade deals that actually help America for a change? And a healthcare system that those who pay for healthcare can afford? Time to admit you are really mad at Obama and Hillary for their failures that got us here. March for something you can be proud of, the gay lifestyle.
